This is a huge question that only the player or those really close to him can answer.

Why would Neymar leave the successful Barcelona team where he is celebrated and well paid? After their 4-0 defeat in the first leg in the hands of Paris St Germain, many thought the Spanish side would be knocked out. However, Neymar almost singlehandedly restored parity before Barca pulled the greatest comeback ever in European football.

Neymar grabbed a brace and one assist in seven minutes to put the Blaugrana on a sound footing to move past the French soccer giants.Lionel Messi scored a penalty that Neymar was fouled for before the team tipped the game in their favour. Neymar was praised as much as many other members in the team like Luis Suarez. However, Messi was named the hero of the night. It is obvious that Neymar needed his own turf, where he could run riot and his praises be sung.

There are media reports that Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo may leave for Manchester City in the days to come.

Pep Guardiola has already informed Joe Hart that he no longer forms part of his plan and that he is looking for another goalkeeper to replace him. Indeed Guardiola has not selected Hart for the first two games of the season, and the player is thought to be looking for another club.

In the meantime, Barcelona has admitted that Manchester City is interested in their goalkeeper Claudio Bravo and that it is highly possible that the player makes the switch before the end of the transfer window. Bravo played in the match against Sevilla which Barcelona won 3-0 and left the pitch in tears. He made a great display in the game where he saved a penalty.

Claudio Bravo will be reconnecting with his former coach Pep Guardiola who managed Barcelona before moving to Bayern Munich. Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez has admitted that Manchester City is interested in the player and that it is highly possible that the player makes the move by the end of the week. It is reported that Barcelona are looking to sign Diego Alves from Valencia as a replacement for Claudio Bravo.

A few months ago C.Ronaldo was the player that was on fire as the Portuguese player was a consistent scorer but ever since he received his 2nd successive Ballon d’Or earlier in January; C.Ronaldo has managed to stay at that same level. The last league goal that Cristiano Ronaldo scored for Real Madrid was back in January 18 when his club faced off with Getafe.

Cordoba, Real Sociedad, Sevilla, Athletic Madrid and Deportivo La Coruna are all of the clubs that Real Madrid has had to face off in the past few weeks and C.Ronaldo failed to score.

Things are beginning to turn around in the Spanish League as is now the man that is firing from all cylinders and scoring goals. The Argentine wonder-kid scored a hat-trick during Barcelona’s match against Levante and Messi simply seems to be unstoppable.
